Chai Bircher

  • 2/3 cup oats
  • handful of sultanas
  • 4 tablespoons mixed seeds
  • 4 tablespoons desiccated/shredded coconut
  • 2 dried figs, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2/3 cup freshly brewed chai (teabag or loose leaf) 
  • 1/4 cup oat milk

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and leave in the fridge overnight. Serve with fruit, a sprinkle of cinnamon and, if you like, coconut yoghurt. Marvel at how something so easy can taste so good.
