Nut Butter

Nut Butter

1 cup almonds
1 cup walnuts

Bake nuts in 200 degree oven for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool. Process in food processor for several minutes, scraping down the sides when necessary, until it has turned into delicious butter.

Go nuts and experiment with other nut varieties.

Eat as a dip, use in baking/sweets, spread on sandwiches and toast…
