- 4 medjool dates
- 1 shot of coffee
- 1 tbs unsweetened cocoa/raw cacao
- 1 tbs maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla essence
- 1/2-3/4 cup non-dairy milk of your choice (I used quinoa milk, but coconut or almond would work well too)
Put ingredients in blender and blend until smooth. Devour.
*You could add some banana too for a creamier texture and interesting flavour hit.
